Can you professionalise, scale and optimise learning operations in a fast-moving, standards-led organisation? Our client is a well-established UK organisation with circa 50 employees and annual revenues of around £10m, operating at the intersection of professional education, industry standards and innovation.
We have been exclusively mandated to recruit a Learning Operations Manager as part of a planned investment in operational excellence and learning quality. This role has been created to strengthen delivery, improve processes and ensure learning products scale efficiently as demand continues to grow.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end operational delivery of online and face-to-face learning programmes, qualifications and masterclasses. You will ensure learning experiences are delivered on time, to budget and to consistently high standards, working closely with internal stakeholders and external faculty.
The role is outcomes-focused, centred on quality assurance, learner experience, operational efficiency and continuous improvement. You will support programmes that engage professional learners, corporate clients and senior practitioners across a regulated, knowledge-driven sector.
We are looking for an experienced learning or education operations professional with strong project management capability and a structured, detail-oriented mindset. You will have experience delivering professional or higher-education learning programmes and be confident managing schedules, costs, stakeholders and quality frameworks. This is a hands-on management role, with direct responsibility for developing and supporting a Learning Operations Executive. Strong communication skills, data literacy and a collaborative working style are essential.
