Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to spearhead efforts in expanding their customer base while managing a select group of existing accounts. Operating within the South of the UK, this role involves regular travel to client sites to demonstrate the unique advantages of our cutting-edge packaging solutions.
Responsibilities
*Generate new business opportunities within the packaging sector
*Foster and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
*Design customized solutions to align with client needs and objectives
*Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
*Keep client and prospect records accurate and up to date within the CRM system
*Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive
Ideal Candidate Profile
*Proven experience in driving successful business growth
*Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management
*Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
*Highly organized with excellent time-management capabilities
*Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment
*Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean record
