Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team based onsite in Solihull. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to play a key part in financial reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities


*Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and variance analysis


*Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with senior stakeholders


*Analyse financial performance and provide clear commentary and recommendations


*Assist with cost control, margin analysis, and operational reporting


*Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data integrity


*Support year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors where required


*Improve financial processes and controls to drive efficiency


*Partner with non-finance teams to support informed commercial decisions




Skills & Experience


*Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role


*Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA


*Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software


*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities


*Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines


*Confident communicator, able to explain financial information clearly
