Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer in Bradford to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias).
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias).
Salary: £38,000 - rising to £40,000 after 6 month probation.
DAYS ONLY + on call rota 1 week in 4.
Benefits:
*22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
*1.5 x overtime
Duties of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer include:
*Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices and machines
*Carry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across machinery
*Maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
*Monitor and commission plant, machinery and systems
*Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime
*Fault finding
*Undertake test procedures
*Provide technical advice
*Recommend modifications to the production machines
*Repair, service and maintain equipment
*Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly
We want to speak with Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following:
*NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering
*Previous experience in manufacturing environments
*Proficient with PLCs
*Strong fault finding skills
Our client is looking for someone with experience working on large scale production machinery,who canwork under pressure and has a high level of technical knowledge with the ability to apply this knowledge to practical problems.
