Are you a senior creative or communications leader from a top-tier creative, media, or integrated agency, with a proven track record of delivering best-in-class campaigns for leading FMCG, food, or drink brands?
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious agency-side professional to step into a high-impact, global client-side role; owning brand experience, communications strategy, and creative excellence for a portfolio of iconic food brands.
Partnering with a world-class international food business, we’re seeking a Brand Experience Lead who has shaped major brand platforms, led culturally relevant campaigns, and consistently delivered commercial impact for major consumer brands.

Role headlines:
*Reporting to the International Director you’ll lead brand communication and experience internationally.
*You will define the long-term creative and communication vision for two flagship brands, ensuring consistent, compelling execution across markets in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America.
*Working in close partnership with regional teams, North American stakeholders, and leading agency partners, you’ll bring a unified, consumer-first brand experience to life across multiple levels of market maturity.
*This role suits a strategic "brand crafter" who blends creative ambition with commercial discipline and cultural intelligence.


What You’ll Bring
*Experience leading creative, media, or integrated agencies and/or global FMCG environments.
*A strong portfolio of best-in-class brand platforms and campaigns for major FMCG, food, or drink clients.
*Proven expertise in end-to-end communications and creative strategy development.
*Track record of turning consumer insight, cultural understanding, and business objectives into standout creative work.
*Experience leading multi-market campaigns and adapting global platforms for local relevance.
*Deep understanding of how brands are built through consistent, high-quality execution across media, packaging, and activation.
*Strong agency leadership background, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
*Confidence to challenge thinking and shape strategy at senior stakeholder level.
*Excellent storytelling, briefing, and presentation skills.
*Commercially astute, delivery-focused, and outcomes-driven.
*Collaborative, resilient, and highly influential leadership style.
*Entrepreneurial, challenger mindset
