Job Description:
Float Executive Assistant
Salary: Up to £62,000
Hours: 9am-5pm
Hybrid: 4 days in office, Fridays from home
Contract: Full-time, London
Overview I am currently representing a top Investment Bank based in Mayfair who are seeking a float EA to support different teams around the bank with your typical EA duties. This is an amazing chance to get you foot in the door with forward thinking, collabroative firm.
Key Responsibilities *Manage complex diaries across international time zones; arrange meetings and calls
*Coordinate international and domestic travel, visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes
*Process expenses and invoices; maintain CRM updates; format documents
*Handle calls, messages, confidential materials, and ad-hoc admin tasks
*Support corporate entertainment logistics and compliance approvals
Skills & Experience *Minimum A-Levels (including GCSE English & Maths grade C+).
*2+ years’ experience as an assistant; Investment banking beneficial.
*Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
*Strong communication, organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
*Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
