Graduate Technical EngineerLocation: South East England


The RoleThis is an entry-level technical role designed for high-calibre STEM graduates seeking structured exposure to modern software, cloud, and communications technologies in a client-facing environment.
You will work with national and international clients across SaaS, cloud applications, AI-enabled platforms, unified communications, security, and consultancy-led technology solutions. The role is deliberately broad, providing commercial, technical, and customer exposure from the outset.
Over time, the position offers a defined pathway into Software Development, with exposure to technologies including PHP, Python, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, and C++.
Key Responsibilities*Support the delivery of technical solutions across software, cloud, and communications platforms
*Work directly with clients, understanding requirements and translating them into practical outcomes
*Assist with troubleshooting, analysis, and problem resolution across complex systems
*Collaborate with engineering, consultancy, and project teams
*Develop a strong understanding of customer experience (CX) in technology-led environments
This is a customer-facing role and requires confidence communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Training & DevelopmentYou will receive structured, ongoing training covering:
*Software development fundamentals
*Cloud and SaaS platforms
*AI, Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and IoT technologies
*Contact centre and unified communications applications
*Security and consultancy-led delivery

Essential:
*Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM discipline

*A-Levels at A–B grades or BTEC at Distinction level
