Head of Finance

Salary: £90,000
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Are you an experienced finance leader with a passion for driving operational excellence across international entities? We’re seeking a Head of Finance to oversee our global month-end processes, lead a high-performing team, and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

About the Role As our Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Finance function, including:
Key Responsibilities *Lead the month-end close for 15 group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOX controls.
*Oversee the year-end audit process and serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and group companies.
*Review and sign off: *Accruals & prepayments
*Bank reconciliations
*Fixed asset registers
*Accounts receivable & cross-border sales
*Accounts payable
*Corporate tax & VAT filings

*Manage and develop a finance team of 16 across AR, AP, and GL.
*Calculate broker bonus accruals and partner profit share.
*Support CEO and Global CFO with queries, reporting and financial insight.
*Oversee cashflow management, including approval of AP invoices and tax payments (including PAYE).
*Work with the Controller on UK and US regulatory filings.
