Spanish Teacher - Northampton
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Start Date: February or April 2026

We are partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Northampton that is seeking a talented Spanish Teacher to join their Modern Foreign Languages department from February or April. This full-time role offers the chance to teach in a supportive environment where languages are valued and professional development is prioritised.
About the Role * Delivering Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities at KS5 in some settings
* Designing lessons that actively develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
* Embedding cultural awareness and global perspectives into the Spanish curriculum
* Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
* Contributing to department planning, assessments, and language-based enrichment activities
About You * A qualified MFL teacher with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
* Confident in delivering the GCSE Spanish curriculum
* Enthusiastic, creative, and able to motivate learners of varying abilities
* Committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement
* Either an experienced practitioner or an ECT seeking strong mentoring and development
