Senior Recruiter/Recruitment Business Manager
Reed Croydon - Logistics, Procurement & Industrial
Location: 2 Cherry Orchard Rd, Croydon CR0 6BA
Driving: Full UK licence + ideally your own vehicle
Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home (fully office-based during induction)
Salary: £37,500-£46,500 DOE + £2,000 car allowance + uncapped bonus
Contract: Permanent, full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs)
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Business Manager to lead, grow and develop a brand-new Logistics, Procurement & Industrial team covering Croydon, Bromley and the surrounding areas. This is a high-potential branch with strong market opportunity, and we want a leader who can drive performance, build client relationships and shape the team’s long-term success.
If you’re an experienced recruiter (Executive/Principal level or above) with a proven billing record - or an established Team Leader/Recruitment Manager - this is your opportunity to step up and make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Team Leadership: Firstly recruit - then manage, coach and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear expectations and driving high performance.
*Client Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
*Talent Attraction: Source and engage high-quality candidates through job adverts, proactive headhunting, networking and social media.
*Desk Growth: Expand your client portfolio, generate new business opportunities and maximise temporary placement revenue.
