? About the Role *10 hours per week, flexible schedule
*Focus on building confidence, emotional wellbeing, and self-belief
*Academic support in GCSE Maths and English, introduced gradually at the young person’s pace
*Sessions will begin at home, with the goal of transitioning into local community settings such as libraries or quiet cafés to promote confidence and social interaction
*A mentoring style is essential - this is not a high-pressure academic role
?? Requirements *Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK-based education setting
*SEN experience desirable, but not essential
*Calm, patient, trauma-informed approach
*Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
*Comfortable supporting a young person both academically and emotionally
*Ideally a driver who is willing to transport the student to local public settings when appropriate
