Job Description:
Warehouse Team Leader
Monday to Friday: Rotating Shift: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
£27,467 per annum
Responsive personnel are working a leading 3PL provider who require a Warehouse Team Leader who will operate flexibly in a warehouse team working environment, ensuring that hygiene, quality levels and performance standards are met, whilst promoting safe working practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*To check outbound deliveries and products to ensure customers can rely upon 100% accuracy and timely dispatch of finished goods..
*To always safeguard both your personal safety and that of others in the workplace.
*Other tasks in support of the warehouse operation as directed/requested.
*Highlight any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to Management.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
*Valid FLT licence.
*Knowledge of safe systems of work & H&S policies/procedures for warehouse operations.
*Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision to consistently produce results that exceed KPI’s agreed.
*Ability to adapt and manage change
*PC literate with experience in both Windows suite and WMS systems.
*Good numeracy and literacy skills
*Willingness to participate in other development and training opportunities.
