As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality products by:
*Working within a skilled production team

*Upholding strict health & safety standards
*Following a 5S programme to maintain organisation and efficiency
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
*Developing problem-solving skills and technical expertise over time

What We’re Looking For
*Previous production or manufacturing experience
*A professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
*Experience in food or pharmaceutical environments is advantageous
