*Liaising with airlines, customers, and internal departments
*Ensuring compliance with relevant import regulations
*General administrative duties using Microsoft Office
*Supporting the team with occasional weekend/overtime work (paid)

*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Highly organised and able to work under pressure
