Inspire Young Minds – Long-Term KS1 Teaching Opportunity!
Are you a passionate Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding role? We have an exciting long-term position starting February half-term (or Easter) through to July, covering a Key Stage 1 class in a welcoming and supportive school in Basingstoke.
The School:
The school is a vibrant, mixed 4–11 community school located in Basingstoke. With a capacity of 420 pupils and a current roll of approximately 416 children, the school prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners. Under the leadership of the Headteacher, the school was rated Good across all areas—quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and early years provision—in its most recent Ofsted inspection in November 2022. The school also includes a resourced provision for visually impaired students, demonstrating its commitment to tailored support and accessibility.
The Role:
*Full-time: 5 days per week.
*Duration: February half-term/ Easter until July.
*Class: KS1.
*PPA Time: May be included (TBC).

*Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS is essential).
*Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering engaging lessons.
*Strong classroom management and a passion for helping young learners thrive.
*Continuity for the pupils for the duration of the contract is essential.
