About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes with personal care, daily routines, and companionship, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
Your Responsibilities:
*Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support.
*Assist with daily living tasks like washing, dressing, toileting, and meal prep.
*Promote independence and respect each client’s dignity.
*Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
*Travel between clients’ homes in the local area (short distances).

*Compassionate, kind, and respectful individuals.
*Previous experience in a care setting (domiciliary or similar) is needed.
*Strong communication and listening skills.
*Reliability and flexibility (day or night shifts).
*Team player with a willingness to continuously improve.
*Must be available to attend 3-day induction training.
*Able to provide 3 years of references.
*Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (they can help arrange this).
