Credit Controller
West Norwich

We are seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage the end-to-end process of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining credit limits within insured thresholds. This is a key role supporting the business’s cash flow and credit risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage customer accounts, securing payments on time and in full.
*Monitor credit limits
*Issue invoices weekly, post payments, and raise credit notes.
*Prepare and circulate overdue reports; escalate problem accounts to management.
*Maintain accurate ERP records of communications and actions.
*Attend debtor meetings and support the Credit Manager in cash collection targets.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
*Experienced in credit control, ideally handling large portfolios.
*Confident using different ERP systems.
*Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
*Proactive, reliable, and a team player who can work independently.
