Hospitality Assistant – Day Shift Hours

Main Responsibilities
*Greeting customers acting as the first point of contact
*Assisting with daily café operations, including till use, food and drink service, and cash handling
*Providing table service, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness
*Handling phone queries, bookings, payments, and entry
*Supporting events
*Carrying out cleaning duties as directed by the management team
*Supporting all day-to-day tasks necessary for the successful running of the venue
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*A lively, positive and friendly personality
*A polite and warm manner with excellent customer service skills
*A smart, professional appearance and strong organisational ability
*Confidence working independently and using initiative
*Flexibility with working hours to meet business needs
