Job Description:
Team EA & Office Manager
Location: London, West End
Hybrid: 5 days in office, 9am -5.30pm
Salary: £47k - 57k per annum
Tiger are seeking a highly organised, professional candidate with 2+ years experience in business support to provide seamless support to C-Suite executives at a high-profile security start-up. The ideal candidate must have great attention to detail, strong initiative and a drive for progression and long-term growth, acting as a trusted and main central support within the business.
What You’ll Do
*Provide high-level support to the C-suite team and Chief of Staff
*Extensive diary management including scheduling and meeting arrangements.
*Travel management
*Act as the first point of contact within the company and office
*Assist with HR duties, including onboarding and general administration
*Coordinate with internal and external suppliers
*Oversee office duties, managing stock and ensuring smooth operations of the office
*Preparation of meeting materials, packs, minutes and follow-ups
*Ad hoc projects
Who You Are
*Excellent communicator, articulate and professional
*Personable, confident and able to maintain discretion when handling confidential information
*Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and trusted environment
What They Need
*2+ years experience in a similar role within a small team
*Experience managing diaries, essential
*Degree educated, desired but not necessity
*Can do attitude
