Job Description
*Developing and implementing MP&L vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance. Managing MP&L budgets, optimising costs, and preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
*Developing strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring MP&L objectives and compliance with regulations.
*Evaluating challenges, mitigating risks, and seizing opportunities to enhance operational and financial performance.
*Overseeing inventory integrity, IT system effectiveness, and interpreting data to inform strategies.
*Fostering environmental strategies, technological advancements, and audits to ensure eco-friendly operations

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Holder of a relevant degree or qualification
*Previous experience of leading MP&L within a manufacturing environment
*Experience of operating at a strategic level
*Experience in a production planning and ERP based system
