Job Description:
Accounts Receivable – Revenue & Reporting
Hybrid | Oxford + Iconic Sports Venues
Excellent benefits
Calling sports fans and commercially minded finance professionals.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, hands-on revenue role supporting some of the most iconic sporting venues in the South of England. If you enjoy working with data and people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want a role that’s anything but desk-bound — this one’s for you.
You’ll work in a hybrid model (around two days a week on site), splitting your time between stunning sports venues, and a monthly visit to the Central London HQ. You’ll need your own car, but all mileage and travel expenses are fully reimbursed.
This is a newly created role within a finance team known for being supportive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in career development. Many employees build long careers here thanks to strong leadership, study support, and market-leading benefits.
The Role
As an Accounts Receivable – Revenue & Reporting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in month-end revenue reporting by collecting, reconciling, and analysing revenue and cost data from multiple sources across the business.
This role is less about technical accounting and more about data ownership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
*Gather revenue and cost data from multiple systems and on-site teams
*Proactively liaise with operational staff (including chefs and venue teams) to obtain accurate information
*Confidently chase missing or delayed data and challenge inconsistencies
*Reconcile revenue figures and maintain clear, well-structured supporting schedules
*Raise invoices and support accurate, timely month-end reporting
*Analyse and validate data using Excel and online platforms
*Provide clear explanations and back-up for reported figures
*Work to fixed deadlines and remain calm under month-end pressure
What We’re Looking For
*Experience gathering data from multiple sources (systems and people)
*A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with operational and non-finance stakeholders
*Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
*Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, formulas) and solid general IT ability
*Experience working to tight deadlines and juggling competing priorities
*Some exposure to revenue reconciliation and invoicing
Nice to Have (but not essential)
Experience in revenue reporting, commercial analysis, or operational finance
Background in retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations
Why Apply?
*Work across iconic sporting venues — no two days are the same
*Hybrid working with flexibility and autonomy
*Supportive Head of Finance who actively develops their team
*Study support, excellent benefits, and competitive salary
*A role with genuine visibility and long-term career potential
