Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 – (OTE £55,000)
Our client, a well-established estate agency based in Raynes Park, specialises in residential sales, lettings, and property management. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to join their motivated and dynamic team, supporting the continued growth and success of the branch.

Responsibilities:
*Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for business growth
*Proactively making calls and following up on new and existing leads
*Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding the team
*Maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
*Winning new instructions through effective negotiation and relationship building
*Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
*Carrying out accurate and well-presented property valuations
*Growing and managing the sales portfolio to maximise performance
*Carrying out professional property valuations and advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
