We are currently seeking a Drainage Tanker Driver to join a specialist water water and drainage company in Kent.
In this role, you will operate an HGV Class 2 Drainage Tanker, providing a range of services including emergency flood response, cesspit and septic tank emptying, gully cleaning, and other tankering services.
Basic Salary up to £50,000
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday
Overtime is available
The duties of the Waste Tanker Driver role will include:
-Emptying septic tanks on welfare units and disposing of waste in the correct manner
-Delivering and relocating welfare units to the right locations on time
-Collecting welfare units at the end of hire and carrying out regular servicing and cleaning
-Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
-Inspecting welfare units on collection, recording any damage, missing items or excessive dirt
What skills and experience do you need?
-You will need to have relevant drainage and waste water experience with the relevant tickets
-Hold a full UK driving license
-HGV Class 2 license
-A valid CPC.
-You should have a strong awareness of health and safety, be confident working independently and enjoy being part of a team.
-Experience handling welfare units or operating tankers is beneficial.
