Job Description:
A highly regarded and well-established wealth management firm in Bromley is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their close-knit, professional team. This is a fully office-based position, ideal for a technically strong paraplanner who takes pride in producing clear, compliant advice and acting as a trusted partner to Financial Advisers.
This role also offers genuine progression, with a clear pathway into a Paraplanner Team Lead position within 12 months for the right individual.
The Role
Working closely with advisers, you’ll deliver high-quality technical research, analysis, and report writing across a broad range of financial planning areas. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every recommendation is suitable, well-documented, and fully compliant.
Key responsibilities include:
*Producing detailed suitability reports and recommendation documents
*Conducting research across pensions, investments, and protection products
*Ensuring all advice aligns with current regulatory and compliance standards
*Supporting advisers with technical queries and case preparation
*Liaising with providers and internal teams to progress cases efficiently
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
About You
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum) in Financial Planning / Investment Advice
*At least three years’ paraplanning experience within financial services
*Strong technical knowledge of products, regulation, and compliance
*Excellent attention to detail with clear, professional written communication
*Able to manage your own workload while contributing positively within a team
