Job Description:
My client, a well-established and highly regarded wealth services firm in Bromley, is looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their close-knit and professional team. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone technically strong who enjoys producing clear, compliant advice and being a trusted support to Financial Advisers.
Importantly, this is a progressive opportunity, with a clear pathway to stepping into a Paraplanner Team Lead position within 12 months for the right individual.
The role
You’ll work closely with advisers to deliver high-quality technical research, analysis and report writing across a wide range of financial planning areas, ensuring every recommendation is suitable, well-documented and fully compliant.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendation documents
*Carrying out research across pensions, investments and protection products
*Ensuring all advice meets current regulatory and compliance standards
*Supporting advisers with technical queries and case preparation
*Liaising with providers and internal teams to move cases forward efficiently
*Keeping accurate, well-maintained client records
About you
*Qualified to Level 4 Diploma (minimum) in Financial Planning/Investment Advice
*At least three years’ paraplanning experience within financial services
*Strong technical understanding of products, regulation and compliance
*Excellent attention to detail with clear, professional written communication
*Able to manage your own workload while contributing positively to a team environment
