This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day operations.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth processing of client business and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparing and processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
*Liaising with providers, advisers and clients to obtain information and resolve queries
*Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
*Producing suitability report documentation and supporting compliance processes
*Managing post-sale administration and ongoing servicing requirements
*General office administration to support the wider team
About You
*Previous experience in a financial services administration role is essential
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
*Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and back-office systems (experience with industry platforms advantageous)
