Certification Administrator | Sheffield | Competitive Salary
Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting our client in Sheffield, a global specialist in high-performance metals supply, supporting industries where quality, safety, and traceability are critical.

*Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm with a 3:30pm early finish on a Friday
The Certification Administrator will join a busy Quality Assurance team, ensuring every product leaving site is fully certified, compliant, and ready for customer delivery.
*Produce accurate certification packages to meet customer purchase orders
*Prepare and issue documentation to strict deadlines
*Maintain controlled customer documentation and records
*Update internal systems to keep customer data visible and accurate
*Liaise with third-party witness bodies for testing and documentation release
*Support quality processes including NCR logging and corrective actions
The Ideal Candidate:
*Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
*Organised, reliable, and quality-focused
*Confident communicator who works well in a team
*Able to manage deadlines and changing priorities
*Familiar with quality procedures and controlled documentation
*Basic knowledge of material certification and properties
*At least 2 years’ certification experience in a metals or engineering environment
*Experience working within a QA or technical documentation team
