We’re Hiring: Logistics & Operations Coordinator (Site based)
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
What you’ll do:
*Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including shipping instructions, warehouse and export documentation.
*Manage stock movements and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.
*Build strong relationships with third-party logistics partners.
*Act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
*Support events and exhibitions with logistics planning.
What we’re looking for:
*Strong analytical and numerical skills.
*Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
*Proven experience in operations, logistics, warehouse coordination
*Proven customer service coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills
*Familiarity with ERP systems
*Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
NB: this is a site based role - 5 days a a week
