Trainee Account Handler - Insurance
I am working with a specialist insurance provider that supports major event organisations across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Trainee Account Handler to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an A-Level school leaver, recent graduate or someone with strong customer service experience who is looking to build a career in a dynamic niche of the insurance industry.
The Role
You will support both the Specialist Insurance teams, receiving full training, mentoring and the opportunity to work toward CII qualifications. This is a busy, fast-paced role where accuracy, communication skills and a positive approach to learning are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling customer enquiries and sharing product information
• Preparing quotes via phone and email
• Processing orders and securing incoming sales
• Providing ongoing client support to ensure excellent service

• Someone who works quickly, accurately and confidently
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
