The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join this successful Battersea office. The role will involve managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, with a particular emphasis on new-build properties and off-plan sales.
This position would suit an ambitious negotiator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values quality stock, and wants to be part of a stable, independent agency with real local influence.
Key Responsibilities *Handling enquiries and qualifying buyers
*Conducting viewings on new-build and residential properties
*Managing relationships with developers, vendors, and purchasers
*Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
*Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
*Providing accurate market advice to buyers and vendors
*Maintaining up-to-date property records and CRM systems
*Representing the agency professionally at all times
Requirements *Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (estate agency experience preferred)
*Strong knowledge of the Battersea and wider South West London market (advantageous)
*Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills
*Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
*Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
*A genuine interest in new-build property and residential sales
