Logistics Business Analyst

Location: Woking, Surrey (Hybrid – up to 3 days onsite)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + up to 25% Bonus + Benefits

We are recruiting a Logistics Business Analyst for a global FMCG organisation experiencing rapid growth and significant investment in technology, systems, and supply chain capability.

The Role: Logistics Business Analyst

As a Logistics Business Analyst, you will join a collaborative team of analysts and functional consultants, supporting a wide portfolio of logistics and supply chain initiatives.
You will translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions that deliver:
*Cost savings
*Operational efficiency
*Service and performance improvements

Key Responsibilities

*Lead the capture, analysis, and documentation of business requirements
*Translate requirements into functional specifications and test plans
*Ensure compliance with Service Management and Project Lifecycle standards
*Support business case development for change initiatives
*Recommend improvements to processes, controls, and standards
*Work with 3rd-party service providers to resolve escalated incidents
*Identify system, data, or process improvement opportunities
*Design, document, and implement logistics process improvements
*Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and system deployments

About You

We’re looking for a Logistics Business Analyst with strong supply chain expertise and the ability to work confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will bring:
*Experience in EWM and 3PL logistics environments
*Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
*Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
*Understanding of logistics-related systems and integrations
*Experience managing or working with 3rd-party IT service providers
*Background in Business Analysis across Agile and Waterfall delivery
*Knowledge of business process design, Material Master Data, and Business Partner data
