We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to lead a busy office and drive the success of a growing residential property practice. The Role As Head of the office, you will:
*Lead and develop the residential property offering in the local market
*Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents and referrers
*Manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload to a high technical standard
*Play a key role in the strategic growth of the office
*Work within a collaborative, team-focused, and inclusive culture
Preferred Experience & Skills *Recent experience working locally, with an established network of contacts
*Strong technical expertise in residential property and a proven record of excellent client care
*Proven ability to manage workloads effectively, meet financial targets, and comply with regulatory requirements
*Highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure
*Confident using Microsoft Office and experienced with legal case management systems
Qualifications *Minimum 5 years’ PQE in residential property
*Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
*Professional, approachable, and reassuring manner with clients
