About the Role:
A dynamic and growing company in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both sales growth and marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will drive revenue, build brand awareness, and manage customer relationships, making a real impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
*Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
*Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
*Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
*Manage budgets, campaigns, and marketing projects from start to finish.
*Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in sales, marketing, within a manufacturing environment
*Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

*Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
