Job Description:
If you enjoy purchase ledger and working within a small finance team, this role is definitely worth applying for.

There are two key parts to this role which are purchase ledger and dealing with rental income, recharges and expenses. Read on for more detail.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Processing rent expense invoices
*Preparing and checking rent payments
*Providing regular rent related updates to the Finance Manager
*Entering rent and rent related invoices on to the system - you will need to have worked on an ERP system before for this
*Assisting with payment preparation and validation checks
*Supporting accounts payable reconciliations
*Helping to resolve queries
*Responding to routine landlord and supplier queries
*Preparing and issuing rental recharges
*Reconciling franchisee payments
*Provide cover for finance team members during holidays.
In order to progress to interview stage, you must be able to demonstrate that:
*You have strong AP and finance administration skills
*Be a confident communicator
*Have good Excel skills including lookups, SUMIF and pivot tables
*Experience of an ERP system ideally Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains)
*A background in a franchise or retail estates environment would be ideal but is not essential
