Job Description:
Organisational Design OD Consultant / Specialist - Hybrid
Our client, a leading financial services company, are recruiting for an Organisational Design OD Consultant / Specialist to join them on a contract basis.
Experience:
*Diagnose organisational needs through data, stakeholder engagement, and assessment tools.
*Design and deliver OD interventions, including organisational design, culture programmes, team effectiveness, and change management support.
*Partner with leaders to shape strategies that improve capability, engagement, and performance across teams and functions.
*Support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities and strong adoption.
*Develop frameworks, tools, and methodologies that enhance leadership effectiveness, talent pipelines, and overall organisational health.
*Facilitate workshops, team sessions, and leadership development activities.
*Provide coaching, guidance, and challenge to leaders to support behavioural and organisational shifts.
*Monitor impact, measure outcomes, and continuously improve OD solutions using data and insights.
