Risk Management Associate- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
A leading international bank is seeking a motivated Junior Risk Analyst to join its team. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real estate finance, risk management, and regulatory processes within a specialist function. Full training provided.
The Role
You’ll support the end-to-end administration of real estate finance transactions, including:
*Coordinating with relationship managers, lawyers and valuers
*Ensuring conditions precedent and documentation are met for completion
*Monitoring facilities post-drawdown (covenants, insurance, documentation)
*Maintaining accurate records, MI, pipelines and system inputs
*Managing facility rollovers and supporting regulatory reporting
*Upholding FCA, PRA, Sharia (where relevant) and Consumer Duty standards

You should be:
*Detail-focused, organised, and process-driven
*Confident using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
*A clear communicator who asks questions and escalates issues appropriately
*Curious, diligent and eager to learn
