We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Aberdeen-based team, supporting internal hiring across the energy and industrial sectors. This role is central to ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best talent to meet our business needs.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

* Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, operational, and commercial roles

* Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company policies

* Provide market insight and advice on salary benchmarking, candidate availability, and hiring trends

* Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in the Aberdeen energy market

?? Location:
* Aberdeen office, with scope to support recruitment across Scotland and wider UK operations

? Hours:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
