Job Description:
Our Client:
We’re supporting a growing manufacturing business that is expanding its R&D capability and looking to bring in an experienced Formulation Chemist.
The Role:
You’ll be developing new products, improving existing blends, and working closely with internal teams to ensure high standards of quality, performance and compliance:
*Developing and testing new formulations
*Supporting product improvements and cost-effective reformulations
*Wet chemistry analysis (viscosity, pH, melting point, spectrophotometry, etc.)
*Coordinating microbiological testing
*Collaborating across R&D, QC and production functions
*Helping shape raw material specifications and supplier relationships
About You:
*Background in personal care, cosmetics, or similar consumer products
*Degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemistry or a related science
*Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach in the lab
*Well organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
