Key Responsibilities and Duties
Supplier & Inventory Management
*Monitor and analyse supplier performance.
*Create scorecards focused on quality, reliability, and delivery.
*Manage inventory levels to align with business demand.
Operations & Distribution
*Oversee transportation and outbound logistics.
*Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
*Manage warehousing operations including stock movement, storage, and picking.
Financial Control
*Track purchasing budgets
*Identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
Team Leadership
*Lead, motivate, and develop logistics and supply chain teams.
*Encourage continuous improvement and best-practice processes.
Compliance & Reporting
*Maintain compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
*Produce regular operational and performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
*Background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
*Fleet management or compliance experience advantageous.
