Admin / Bookkeeper
Location: Sittingbourne
Hours: 25–30 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate

We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Admin/Bookkeeper to become a vital part of our operations team. If you thrive in a technical environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Keeping accurate financial records using (Xero)
*Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
*Preparing and managing payroll
*Providing general administrative support (scheduling, correspondence, filing)
*Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
*Assisting with monthly reporting and compliance tasks
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping and payroll
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
*Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
*Strong communication skills
*References required upon application
*Experience in a technical or engineering environment is a bonus
