Senior Financial Accountant
Location: Chichester (Hybrid working)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

We are seeking a qualified Senior Financial Accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our finance team based in Chichester. The RoleReporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust controls, and supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities*Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Production of year-end statutory accounts and audit liaison
*Balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
*Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Cash flow monitoring and reporting
*Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members
*Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
*Ad hoc financial analysis and project work
About You*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
*Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
*Strong technical accounting knowledge
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Confident communicator with non-finance stakeholders
*Proactive, organised, and deadline-driven
