Recruitment Associate / Senior Associate
Infrastructure & Energy Investment
London | Hybrid
£35,000–£45,000 base salary
Commission up to 40% + discretionary annual bonus

*Manage detailed and often complex interview processes
*Maintain a professional candidate and client experience
*Build real market knowledge and advisory capability

Progression and earnings*Associate base salary from £35,000
*Senior Associate base salary from £45,000
*VP level from £65,000–£70,000
*Commission up to 40%
*Discretionary annual top-up bonus
Recent performance shows the potential. A Senior Associate earned over £100,000 total within their first year in the business.
Who this is forThis is not a graduate role.
This role suits recruiters who:
*Have at least six months of agency recruitment experience
*Can run full recruitment processes

*Prefer quality work over high-volume delivery
