The Bristol team is expanding and they are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor who enjoys leading work, building relationships and being recognised for their expertise.


What you’ll be doing
*Leading professional and project surveying instructions across commercial and public sector portfolios
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients and repeat instructions
*Delivering surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis and contract administration
*Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
*Playing an active role in shaping the Bristol team’s growth

*Strong consultancy or property background
*Confident delivering both professional services and project work
*Comfortable leading instructions and advising clients directly
*Collaborative, practical and commercially aware
