Senior IT Support Analyst – Cheltenham
Are you an experienced IT professional ready to step into a senior, hands-on role where you can mentor others?
A leading global firm is hiring a Senior IT Support Analyst for their Cheltenham office. This is the most senior IT position on site, working alongside two Analysts while being part of a wider UK and global IT function.
You’ll deliver advanced technical support, act as the local escalation point, mentor junior team members, and help drive high-quality service delivery.

What you’ll bring:
*At least 3 years’ experience in an IT-focused role
*Experience supporting key software, including Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, Teams/Zoom, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
*Hands-on hardware experience with laptops, mobile devices, printers, and monitors
*Desirable (but not essential) qualifications/experience: ITIL, AV support, Document Management Systems
*Experience working in a legal, professional services, or global firm
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
