The Manchester team is expanding and they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor who enjoys a broad workload, meaningful client relationships and real influence over how projects are delivered.
What you’ll be doing
*Delivering building surveys, inspections and technical advice across commercial and public sector portfolios
*Managing projects from instruction to completion, including contract administration
*Advising clients on dilapidations, defects and asset performance
*Working on refurbishments, reinstatement and listed building schemes
*Building long-term client relationships and contributing to team growth
What they’re looking for
*Chartered or close to chartered Building Surveyor
*Consultancy or property-focused background
*Strong across surveys, dilapidations and project delivery
*Confident working independently while being a team player
*Client-focused, organised and commercially aware
