The London team is growing and they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor who wants breadth, responsibility and long-term progression, not a siloed role or endless box-ticking.


What you’ll be doing
*Delivering building surveys, inspections and technical advice across commercial and public sector portfolios
*Leading projects from instruction through to delivery, including contract administration
*Advising repeat clients on dilapidations, defects and asset strategy
*Working on refurbishments, reinstatement and listed building projects
*Building trusted relationships and shaping workstreams as the team grows


What they’re looking for
* Chartered or close to chartered Building Surveyor
*Consultancy or property-focused background
*Confident across surveys, dilapidations and project delivery
*Organised, client-facing and comfortable working autonomously
*Curious, collaborative and keen to keep developing
