Responsibilities:
As a Credit Controller, you will…
*Chase outstanding debt and support cash collection
*Investigate and reconcile customer accounts
*Manage customer credit limits
*Manage and contest a high volume of chargebacks
*Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
As a Credit Controller, you will need…
*Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
*Strong investigation and reconciliation skills
*ERP system experience beneficial (SAGE X3 desirable not essential)
