Customer Service Advisor

Job Description:
We are working on behalf of a highly respected and well-established organisation in South Cambridge who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
*Managing queries via an internal ticketing system
*Accurately recording client data on internal systems
*Supporting clients with service bookings and appointments
*Proactively assisting clients with purchasing decisions
*Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
*The want to work within an office-based role
*A confident and professional telephone manner
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Attention to detail
*IT skills
*A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
