Events Specialist

Events Specialist Key Responsibilities:
*End-to-end execution of firm events, including venue sourcing, negotiation of contracts and logistics, guest list management, supplier liaison, invitations etc.
*Work closely with the wider Events team to ensure systems, policies and procedures are adhered to, tracked, and reconciled
*Track event budgets, invoices, and approval workflows, including working with Finance and leadership on annual budget planning and reporting
*Work with various teams to produce event material (agendas, collateral, signage, name badges)
*Carry out reporting and performance measurement, including capturing attendee data, feedback, and follow-ups
Events Specialist Skills & Requirements:
*Proven experience planning and delivering diverse events in a similar role, ideally within a law firm
*Confidently uses external suppliers to your own initiative to create memorable, bespoke experiences
*Strong stakeholder management across all levels and suppliers
*Effective in navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives to meet deadlines
