Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker – High Earnings – Huddersfield
A superb opportunity to join a market-leading estate agency in Huddersfield as a hybrid mortgage advisor.
You will work closely with the branch team in the early stages, benefiting from around 40 leads per month from this flagship office, plus additional West Yorkshire leads.
*Average property value £200k+
*Properties regularly above £1 million
*Clear route to high earnings
Employed:
Up to £32,000 basic (incl. car allowance) + commission on all mortgage and protection income | OTE £55k+
Self-employed:
Initial 3–4 month retainer + higher commission on self-generated business
Perfect for a driven hybrid mortgage broker or adviser wanting volume, support and progression.
